VoIP Phone Systems

Modern VoIP telephony for business — handsets, softphones, call recording, voicemail-to-email and automatic failover. Installed and supported by IT experts.

Traditional landlines are on their way out. Nearly every new business phone system today is VoIP — Voice over Internet Protocol — because it's cheaper, more flexible, and unlocks features landlines never offered.

Calls that follow you to a mobile. Voicemails in your inbox. Easy call recording for training and compliance. Automatic failover if the system has a problem. Softphone apps that mean your business number works wherever you are.

We're IT experts first, which is what makes the difference. VoIP isn't bolted on as a phone-only service — it's managed, supported and properly integrated with the rest of your IT, from the internet connection it runs over to the desktops it sits next to.

We learn how your team actually uses the phones — call patterns, mobility, compliance needs.

2

Design

Spec the system — handsets, softphones, call routing, failover — alongside the internet connection that supports it.

3

Deploy

Install and configure, integrate with your existing IT, and move your numbers across cleanly.

4

Support

Ongoing management, user changes, feature tweaks and troubleshooting — handled by the same IT team that runs the rest of your stack.

Good to know

Frequently asked questions

Is VoIP reliable enough for a business phone system?

Yes — automatic failover is built in so calls redirect to another number if the system has an issue. Combined with a solid internet connection (and ideally failover broadband), it's more flexible than a traditional landline.

Can my team use it on their mobiles?

Yes — the softphone app lets them make and receive calls from your business number on their smartphone. The business number travels with them.

Can we record calls for training or compliance?

Yes — call recording is customisable for training, compliance or quality assurance purposes. It's built into the platform.

Will it integrate with the rest of our IT?

Yes — that's the whole point of us running it. VoIP is managed and supported as part of the wider IT stack, not as a phone-only service bolted on.

What if a call comes in when no-one's at their desk?

Call forwarding redirects to another line or mobile. Voicemail-to-email means every missed call reaches you as an audio file in your inbox. Between the two, nothing gets lost.

Can you port our existing numbers?

Get in touch with your current numbers and we'll confirm. Number porting is a normal part of a VoIP migration.
